Clarivive MedInsight is committed to delivering structured, professionally developed health and social care training that supports safe practice, staff development, organisational assurance and continuous learning. We understand that learners, employers, care providers, commissioners and partner organisations need clear information about the standards, frameworks, accreditations and governance arrangements connected to our training. This page explains how our courses are developed, what external standards we consider, how recognition or accreditation is represented, and what our statements do and do not mean. Clarivive MedInsight does not claim statutory approval, regulatory endorsement, awarding body status or official recognition unless this has been formally granted and clearly stated. Any accreditation, certification, award, badge or recognition displayed by us applies only to the specific scope for which it has been issued.
Our training content and delivery approach are developed with reference to relevant UK health and social care guidance, recognised sector expectations and good practice frameworks. This helps ensure that our training is structured, relevant, current and appropriate for the intended learner group.
Where applicable, our course development may reflect principles and expectations associated with:
• Continuing Professional Development
• Skills for Care guidance and workforce development principles
• The Core Skills Training Framework, where relevant to the subject area
• Health and Safety Executive guidance, where relevant to workplace safety training
• Care Quality Commission expectations around safe care, effective governance and staff training
• UK GDPR (2018) and data protection expectations
• Information security and cyber security good practice
• Safeguarding, dignity, equality and professional conduct principles
• Relevant NICE, NHS, HSE, GOV.UK or professional guidance where appropriate to the course topic
Alignment with these standards means that we use recognised guidance to inform course structure, learning outcomes, content development, learner support and quality review. It does not mean that Clarivive MedInsight is automatically approved, endorsed, regulated or accredited by those organisations unless this is expressly stated and supported by formal evidence.
Continuing Professional Development is an important part of health and social care practice. Our training is designed to support learners in maintaining knowledge, improving awareness, reflecting on practice and understanding their responsibilities within defined professional and organisational boundaries.
Where CPD recognition applies to a specific course, this will be clearly identified on the relevant course page or certificate. CPD recognition confirms that the learning activity has been reviewed or recognised for professional development purposes within its stated scope.
CPD recognition does not, by itself, create a professional qualification, clinical licence, statutory authorisation, job competency sign-off or permission to practise. Employers remain responsible for deciding whether staff are competent, supervised, authorised and appropriately deployed within their own workplace.
Clarivive MedInsight training may support professional development, induction, refresher learning and organisational evidence, but it does not replace employer competency assessment, workplace supervision, regulated qualifications or mandatory local policy training where these are required.
Clarivive MedInsight applies internal governance arrangements to support the quality, consistency and accountability of its training. Our course development process aims to ensure that training materials are accurate, structured, relevant to the intended audience and reviewed in line with changes in guidance, feedback or business requirements.
Our quality approach includes consideration of:
• Defined course aims and learning outcomes
• Clear learner instructions
• Appropriate course scope and limitations
• Evidence-informed content development
• Relevant UK legislation and guidance where applicable
• Knowledge checks and assessments where suitable
• Trainer and assessor competence where training is delivered live or face to face
• Learner feedback and course review
• Version control and document management
• Internal quality assurance and standardisation
• Safe and fair certification processes
Our internal governance framework is supported by company policies covering quality assurance, assessment, certification, complaints, safeguarding, health and safety, accessibility, data protection, information security and records management.
Where a course includes assessment, the assessment is designed to check whether the learner has met the stated learning outcomes for that course. Assessment methods may include multiple-choice questions, scenario-based questions, knowledge checks, reflective activities, practical observation, trainer confirmation or other suitable methods depending on the course type.
Certificates issued by Clarivive MedInsight confirm completion of the relevant course requirements within the scope described. A certificate does not automatically confirm workplace competence unless the course specifically includes a practical competency assessment and this is clearly stated.
For online awareness courses, certification usually confirms completion of learning and successful achievement of the required assessment standard. For face-to-face or practical training, certification may also depend on attendance, participation, trainer observation and safe engagement with practical elements, where applicable.
Clarivive MedInsight will not issue certificates in a way that misrepresents the learner’s participation, assessment result or competence. Where a learner has not met the required standard, the company may withhold certification, request reassessment, provide feedback or refer the matter to the employer where appropriate.
Clarivive MedInsight may hold, apply for or work towards external accreditations, certifications, memberships or recognition relevant to training quality, professional development, health and social care education, first aid training, workplace safety, information security or business governance.
Any external accreditation or certification held by Clarivive MedInsight will be displayed transparently and accurately. Where we display a logo, badge, certificate or approval mark, we will aim to make clear:
• The name of the awarding, accrediting or recognising organisation
• The date or period of recognition, where applicable
• The course, service or activity covered
• Any limits or conditions attached to the recognition
• Whether the recognition applies to the company, a specific course, trainer, centre, platform or training material
External recognition will not be presented in a way that suggests wider approval than has actually been granted. A badge or certificate linked to one course does not automatically apply to all courses. A trainer-level certificate does not automatically mean company-wide accreditation. A CPD-reviewed course does not automatically become a regulated qualification.
Some Clarivive MedInsight course content may refer to recognised frameworks, public guidance or national standards. References may include organisations such as Skills for Care, NHS England, HSE, CQC, NICE, GOV.UK, UKHSA or other relevant bodies.
These references are used to support learning, accuracy and sector relevance. They do not mean that Clarivive MedInsight is endorsed, sponsored, approved or regulated by those organisations unless a formal relationship or approval has been granted and clearly stated. This distinction is important. Training providers can align content with recognised guidance, but they must not imply endorsement where none exists.
Clarivive MedInsight recognises the importance of protecting learner, employer and organisational information. We aim to handle personal data securely, lawfully and transparently in line with UK data protection requirements.
Our systems and processes are designed to support:
• Appropriate access control
• Confidential handling of learner information
• Secure storage of training records
• Controlled certificate generation
• Clear privacy information
• Responsible use of learner data
• Data minimisation and retention control
• Reporting and management of data protection concerns
Where external cyber security certification, information security assurance or platform-level security certification applies, this will be clearly stated. Any such certification will be described according to its actual scope and will not be used to imply wider assurance than has been granted.
Learners and employers can find more information in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Records Retention Policy.
Clarivive MedInsight is committed to providing training in a way that supports safe learning, professional conduct and appropriate safeguarding awareness.
Our safeguarding arrangements are designed to ensure that concerns identified during training are handled appropriately, professionally and in line with the scope of our role as a training provider. Training does not replace an employer’s safeguarding duties, local safeguarding procedures or statutory referral responsibilities.
Our health and safety arrangements support safe delivery of training activities, including face-to-face sessions, practical activities and in-house employer training. Where training is delivered at an employer’s premises, the employer remains responsible for the safety and suitability of the venue, local risk assessments, workplace equipment, emergency arrangements and premises-related duties.
Clarivive MedInsight trainers may pause, adapt or stop training where safety concerns are identified.
Clarivive MedInsight aims to make its website, learning materials, communications and training services accessible to as many learners as reasonably possible.
Learners may request reasonable adjustments where disability, learning need, health condition, language need, digital access issue or another personal circumstance affects access to training or assessment. Adjustments may include larger text, additional time, rest breaks, accessible materials where possible, support with learning platform navigation, seating adjustments or safe practical adaptations.
Reasonable adjustments must remain safe, proportionate and consistent with course requirements. They cannot remove essential learning outcomes, reduce assessment standards, create unfair advantage, guarantee a pass or compromise safety.
Accessibility concerns or adjustment requests can be sent to:
Email: info@clarivive.co.uk or can fill the "Accessibility statement Inquiry" available below the Accessibility statement.
From time to time, Clarivive MedInsight may receive awards, nominations, professional acknowledgements or industry recognition connected to training delivery, innovation, education, learner support, quality development or business practice.
Where awards or nominations are displayed, we will aim to provide clear details, including the awarding body, title of the award, year, category and whether the recognition was awarded, shortlisted, nominated or commended.
Awards and nominations recognise achievement within specific criteria. They do not automatically constitute statutory approval, professional regulation, course accreditation or permission to deliver regulated qualifications unless this is expressly stated.
Clarivive MedInsight supports employers by providing structured training records, course information, certificates and relevant governance documentation where appropriate. This can help organisations evidence staff training, refresher learning and workforce development activity.
However, employers remain responsible for their own legal, regulatory and operational duties. This includes staff induction, workplace competency assessment, supervision, local policies, risk assessments, role-specific authorisation, occupational health decisions, safeguarding escalation, incident reporting and compliance with CQC or other regulatory expectations.
Clarivive MedInsight training can support organisational assurance, but it does not replace the employer’s own governance systems.
Clarivive MedInsight is committed to transparent and accurate representation of its training standards, accreditations, certifications, awards and recognitions.
We will not claim accreditation, approval, endorsement, partnership, regulated status, awarding body status or statutory recognition unless it has been formally granted and applies to the specific course, service, trainer, centre or activity being described.
Where recognition is limited, we will aim to explain the limit clearly. Where a course is internally developed, externally reviewed, CPD recognised, externally accredited or delivered under another organisation’s framework, this will be stated accurately.
This protects learners, employers, commissioning bodies and partner organisations from misunderstanding the status of our training.

Any logo, badge, certificate, seal or recognition mark displayed by Clarivive MedInsight must only be used where permission has been granted or where the terms of use allow it.
Logos must not be altered, misused, displayed after expiry, or used in a way that suggests approval beyond the actual scope. Where recognition expires, is suspended, withdrawn or no longer applies, the relevant logo or statement should be removed or updated promptly.
If a logo relates only to one course, it should not be presented as company-wide accreditation. If a certificate relates only to one trainer, it should not be presented as approval of the whole company unless the issuing body confirms this.
